e-Schole began as the dream of a father and son from Baguio City, Philippines. What started as a vision to support young ESL educators became a reality in 2020, following years of research and development in online education solutions.

Just as the company was preparing to enter the market, the COVID-19 pandemic struck. Rather than halting progress, this challenge helped e-Schole define its true purpose. Through its Learning Management System (LMS), the team pursued its mission: to create opportunities for talented educators in Baguio who often struggled to find employment.

Although the company experienced early success, limited funding forced operations to close in 2022. Still, the lessons and strategies gained from that chapter revealed an even greater potential — to serve not only ESL education but also broader fields of distance and collaborative learning, both locally and internationally.

In 2024, e-Schole was revived with the support of Zimosystems and Solutions Inc., led by a technopreneur dedicated to empowering innovative startups. With a renewed vision, e-Schole is now being reshaped into a global learning platform for individuals, organizations, and corporations seeking accessible, collaborative training solutions.

The name e-Schole draws inspiration from the French word école (school), symbolizing education and lifelong learning, combined with today’s digital culture. Now, as part of Zimosystems Solutions Inc. and its core values of supporting entrepreneurs, e-Schole is expanding its reach through new ventures, cost centers, and subsidiaries. Its renewed focus spans ESL programs, system integrations and development, virtual assistance, and e-commerce marketing services — all committed to transforming the future of training and e-services.
